We live on a small 25 acre hobby farm in southwest Michigan. We have horses, miniature donkeys, cats, a goat, a rabbit, and very spoiled house dogs.
I began making soap after attending a hands-on training class four years ago. As a cancer survivor, I started to realize there were so many chemicals in everything around us from the food we eat, clothes we wear, and products we use on our skin. I wanted to use a better skin care product made from a natural source and not laden with chemicals. I discovered the goodness of goat milk and realized the answer I had been looking for was right in my backyard!
